In December of 2016, W. Tom Simmons retired after 46 years in communications industries. For the past 17 years, he served as the Senior VP of Public Policy for Midco and served as a recognized spokesman of the cable telecommunications industry testifying often before US Congressional Committees and state regulators. But his passion has long been organizational structure and culture. He is a trusted personal and corporate resource who understands how lonely it can be at the top and is here to help.
Approach
While Simmons is a popular keynote presenter on a number of management and leadership topics, he is most effective working with leaders to extract the real power of their organization's culture. Simmons says, "Any plans without a culture primed for execution is just a collection of good intentions."
Why talk to Tom?
A coach is "a vehicle to transport passengers to a desired location", and that's his goal as well. There is no one size fits all solution. There is no system that guarantees success.
